Hello! I just got Photoshop CS. I want to make an icon, but I'm not sure how. Ok, well, when I did a test, I got a picture from Google and copied and pasted onto a 100 by 100 frame, like a regular LJ icon. The problem was, it was only a little corner of the picture, but I really want the whole picture to be showing. Please help me. :) Thanks.
