Can someone please tell me how to make an icon. I currently have the software Photoshop Ablum 2.0 Starter Edition. I just found this on my computer yesterday and I also have PSP 9. Can anyone telll me how to use them, I do not wish to make extravagent icons, just simple ones with pictures. Kinda like mine right now only without the writing. Thanks!
