I can assure you that whatever is spreading around the city is not the virus I designed. The virus I gave to Mr Sands and Michael was unable to be spread. It would die out inside of a human body once their internal temperature reached one hundred and two degrees. Michael would be the exception, but a virus cannot mutate in a body like his. It is a medical impossibility.

I find myself curious as to how you have been doing, Mr Sands. I would very much like to take a blood sample as well as conduct a physical examination. If there is some sign of a genetic change that is not fading after the effect time, I will need to address it. We can't have you sprouting teeth or hair, not to mention the danger to the city you would pose.
