You can follow the steps below to repeat a track on Spotify.
- Create a blank new playlist.
- Add to this playlist the song you want to repeat.
- Select the repeat option for the playlist.
Now your song is in “repeat-track” mode.
Update: Spotify now supports repeat track functionality natively.
