goKit 2 is a portable, off-grid mobile command solution designed to support up to 30 goTenna Pro X and Pro X2 devices. Now featuring a ruggedised Samsung Tab Active 3 tablet, the kit enables full device management, mission planning, and real-time coordination without relying on cellular or satellite connectivity. It functions as a central hub for deploying ATAK or goTenna Pro applications, enabling seamless connectivity of all nodes to a TAK server and providing teams at the tactical edge with unprecedented situational awareness.
The tablet serves as the interface for managing deployment tools, encryption keys, map files, frequency sets, and other critical mission data—all distributed over a built-in WiFi hotspot. Engineered for speed and reliability, the goKit can be configured and deployed within minutes, fully off-grid. Housed in a portable case weighing less than 25 pounds, it meets IATA and TSA travel regulations and is fight-ready as carry-on or checked baggage.
The system offers AES 256-bit encryption and rugged MIL-STD-810H / IP68 protection, ensuring operational security and durability in the field. In addition to powering goTenna devices, it functions as a charging station for tablets, phones, and USB-powered gear. goKit 2 also integrates with the goTenna Portal to enable seamless updates, device syncing, and remote management from anywhere.
