Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are final

HVanTech is not responsible for domain availability, registry errors, or expiration caused by client inaction
It is your responsibility to ensure domain renewal is completed on time.
7. Website Design & Development
All design and development services are custom and non-refundable once work begins
Project timelines depend on timely client feedback and content delivery
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery schedules
Final ownership of website files is transferred upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Maintenance & Support Services
Maintenance services cover only the scope defined in the selected plan.
They do not include:
Unused time or services are non-refundable.

HVanTech does not guarantee:
Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
10. Backups & Data Responsibility
While we may offer backup services, you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of data.
