How much?

The cost of our Humpies varies based on size, customisation options, and specific requirements. Please contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your needs.

What is included?

Our standard packages include the complete structure, insulation, windows, doors, and basic fixtures. All documentation and fees required for building permit applications in Victoria are included in the quoted price. Costs associated with utility connections, town planning applications or additional council fees (eg. report & consent, arborist report, BAL rating) will be quoted separately if required. We provide a comprehensive list of inclusions when you contact us. 

Does it need council approval?

Yes, council approval is generally required for Humpy homes. We can assist you with understanding the regulations in your area and provide guidance through the approval process.

How long does it take?

The timeline varies depending on the complexity and customisation of your project. Typically, it takes between 6 to 10 weeks from order confirmation to delivery

What is the process?

The process starts with an initial consultation to understand your needs. Afterwards, we provide a quote and design proposal. Once approved, we handle the construction and delivery of your Humpy. We guide you through each step, including council approvals if needed.

Do you take care of building approvals?

Yes, we take care of the approval from start to finish.

Do I need to install the kit myself?

No, you don’t have to install the kit yourself. We offer professional installation services to ensure your home is built to the highest standards.

What BAL rating are your Humpies?

Humpy BAL rating goes as high as BAL 40.

I have a sloping block, can you still build on this?

Yes, if your block is sloping we will use our unique footing system to create a level sub-structure.
