Update On Prize Announcements - Join Us December 16 For The Final Award Ceremony
Congratulations to the 40+ teams who made it through the technical review process and now have their themes listed in the Asset Marketplace. We recognize how much effort this represents.
Our judges are currently in the middle of scoring all of the entries, and you can learn about the point system we are using in this post. What to do if you encounter an error while uploading your theme to the asset marketplace.
Hello everyone,
If you already submitted your theme to the Asset Marketplace AND completed an entry form on hubspot.devpost.com, congratulations on officially entering this challenge!
If you have not completed your entry yet, but still plan on doing so, you have roughly five and a half hours remaining. However, because it is after business hours where our marketplace support team is located, here is what you should do if you run into any errors while trying to submit your theme to the marketplace:
1) Don't panic
2) Take a screenshot showing the error message you are receiving

This is a final call to let you know there are only 3 days left to complete your submission for HubSpot Themes Challenge 2020. We strongly encourage you to submit soon, and not to wait until the last minute in case you experience any problems uploading your entry.
Remember, you need to upload your theme to the Asset Marketplace and submit an entry form via Devpost.

Submission Deadline Extended + Update on Final Q&A
Submission Deadline Extended to November 23
To give participants more time to complete their entries, we are extending the initial submission deadline by one week to November 23. Make sure you upload your theme to the asset marketplace and submit an entry form on Devpost before this deadline.
Please keep in mind that the marketplace approval period and judging schedule will remain the same. For this reason, we recommend submitting your theme as soon as you possibly can to make sure you have sufficient time to make any revisions needed for marketplace approval.
