HSA Tracker, an app available at http://hsatracker.org, is created and maintained by Narrow Bridge Media, Inc., a California corporation.
User-Added Content
Any text and images you upload to the site remain your exclusive private property and will not be shared in any public format or sold. You have the ability to delete your content at any time. Your content may be accessed and stored using private or cloud computing systems to support application and account features.
All information is stored using industry best practices for cybersecurity, including the use of randomized storage addresses for receipts and documents, exclusive use of SSL, and encrypted connections to API providers. Every best effort is taken to ensure your content is never accessed by any unauthorized party, including developers.
Cookies
The website and application use cookies for several purposes, including keeping you logged in to the app, storing your personal preferences, and tracking application usage in aggregate.
We do not use any form of advertising or tracking cookies for marketing purposes.
Embedded content from other websites
What you view on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website. This issue is limited to the front-end portion of the site at hsatracker.org and does not affect the application at app.hsatracker.org.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
Your IP address and data are stored in systems owned and managed by third-party providers. We work to ensure that data stored on third-party services remains encrypted and private. However, some personal data may be collected by those providers.
How long we retain your data
For users who register for our website or application, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Application administrators can also see your account membership level and aggregate usage (e.g. total MB of files stored, total number of expenses added, etc.) for customer service and feature planning purposes.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account with hsatracker.org, you can download an exported file of your personal data at any time by visiting the account settings page. You can delete your account at any time, which will instantly delete your user data, including any stored receipts and documents. This does not include any data that we retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We use third-party providers for several purposes. Your data may be exposed to these services in the course of using the application or website. Providers include:
