1. Find a image and resize it to 100x100.
2. Sharpen the base if you want.
3. Create a new layer and fill it with #DCFBFF, set to Soft Light 50%.
4. Create a new layer and fill it with #D4F6D1, set to Soft Light 10%.
5. Create a new Brightness/Contrast layer, set Brightness to 5 and Contrast to 30. Set this layer to 70%.
6. Merge layers and save your icon! :)
