Yes. Through a process called porting.

Porting can be done in 2 to 3 days with most numbers and 7 days to 2 weeks for some difficult numbers. You can pick a date, time and hour when your port will process and your existing old phone system will work till then. Scheduling the perfect time with Hosted VOIP Services is easy.  During the porting process it's very important to not contact your existing phone provider. Do not cancel your existing phone account. Once porting is finished, if you port all your numbers they will have no more phone numbers to bill you for in most cases.
