All of the programs provided by Hope have a common focus – improving your quality of life through comforting, compassionate care. Hope PACE
Our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly helps older adults live safely in the place they call home. Care plans include medical and dental care, medications, supplies, and transportation. For isolated or lonely seniors, warm meals and social activities at the Hope PACE Centers can be a welcome change.
Hope Kids Care
We offer comforting care for children in their own homes. Our nurses find ways to manage pain and symptoms, while educating family members on how to help. Counselors arrange necessary transportation or food assistance while providing emotional support too. Through community donations, we are able to provide care that’s not otherwise covered by insurance.
