To protect homeopathy, Americans for Homeopathy Choice Action (AFHC-A) has worked with partners and stakeholders to create legislation that will protect homeopathy once and for all. This commonsense bill would give the FDA a clear framework—ensuring both safety and access—so that homeopathic medicines remain available for you, your family, and future generations.
The FDA has begun treating all homeopathic medicines as “unapproved new drugs,” a shift that gives the agency power to pull remedies off the market at any time even when there is NO evidence of safety issues. If this continues, families could lose access to the very remedies that have supported their health for generations.
