No-Kill Cat Sanctuary – The Sanctuary offers a safe, forever home to approximately 500 feral, abandoned, rescued and surrendered cats. The RAPS Cat Sanctuary is the flagship of the organization, and home to unadoptable cats who might have faced euthanasia in other jurisdictions. RAPS also helps communities in BC control feral cat populations, and we are one of the few facilities that welcomes animals with leukemia and FIV (“feline AIDS”).

Adoption Centre – The Centre provides care for cats who are ready to find a loving, permanent home.
