Born and raised in Reno. I like treehouses, podcasts, letters (of course), VW vans, photography, thrifting, gardening and urban farming, baking, crafting, traveling, books, the desert, the South, nail polish, genderfuckery, feminism, and Dollar Tree. Among other things. I foster a cat for the Humane Society and have a guinea pig. I waste a lot of time making mixes on 8tracks when I’m not wasting it on Tumblr. I have a Leslie Knope-like fervor for my hometown and Nevada in general. I used to live in Nashville, which is a great place (but not home).
Life without music is no life at all. A few longtime favorites include David Bowie, Broken Social Scene, Neko Case, Rilo Kiley & Jenny Lewis, and Tom Petty. Genre-wise, I love everything from sad old country to shoegaze to synthpop.
Housekeeping and The Heart is a Lonely Hunter vie for favorite novel status. I like YA, and I read a lot of nonfiction. I love history.
I’m a sitcom and Netflix addict mostly.
I like letters that come with cute stationery and stickers, and you can expect the same. I make my own envelopes and send little trinkets. I’m looking for penpals who…actually write.
