Our Dublin studio in the iconic St. Stephen’s Green is a vibrant, friendly place that blends creativity, collaboration (and even music) in the heart of the city.

Our Dublin studio opened in 2019 in the heart of the city – near Grafton Street and St. Stephen’s Green – a vibrant area known for its culture, diversity, and professional energy.

Our studio is easily accessible via car, public transport, or an enjoyable walk through the beautiful city streets. With music, multicultural experiences, and green spaces like Ivy Gardens along the way, it’s a lovely and inspiring way to start the working day and we’re so proud to be based here.

Designed by HLM, our studio space is a true reflection of our ethos. With an open-plan layout that fosters collaboration across teams, it embodies both our identity and the spirit of the city we’re proud to be part of.

Dublin is more than just a location – it’s a rich, living narrative woven from a vibrant culture and evolving aspirations. Our design approach is deeply shaped by our city’s unique character and energy.

Establishing a base in Dublin was a natural step for HLM, allowing us to tap into local insight and combine it with our extensive UK experience to deliver thoughtful, context-driven design throughout Ireland.

Since our studio opened in 2019, we’re excited to have begun welcoming students into our space, starting with hosting an architecture student from the UK, offering her a tour and insights into our current projects.

As part of our ongoing charitable initiatives, we recently collaborated with our Belfast studio, where team members took part in the Belfast Marathon to support the Royal Society of Ulster Architects (RSUA).

Looking ahead, we’re committed to deepening our engagement with local charities and community events as our Dublin studio continues to grow.
