To rent a vehicle with HLG Auto Rentals Ltd, you must be between 25 and 65 years old and possess a valid driver’s license with at least five (5) years of driving experience.
No, there is no additional cost for adding another driver once the additional driver meets our rental criteria.
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of your rental. We ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank as well. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the customer will be required to pay a refueling charge equivalent to the cost of the missing fuel.
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your pickup date free of charge.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, a one-day rental fee will be charged.
For changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to vehicle availability. In cases of late arrival, we will hold your booking and ensure you are accommodated upon arrival.
No, a credit card deposit is optional. While some customers prefer to use a credit card for security purposes, we also accept other convenient payment methods to make the process flexible and accessible to all clients.
In the event of a mechanical issue or breakdown, please contact our office immediately. Our mechanical support team is available 24 hours a day to assist you. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement vehicle so that your trip can continue smoothly and without major interruption.
