H&K Equipment is an authorized supplier for Pennsylvania’s COSTARS™ Cooperative Purchasing program. COSTARS allows agencies, municipalities, and authorities the ability to purchase select equipment at a lower price. A secondary benefit is that PA members do not have to hold public bidding processes, as each vendor has been thoroughly evaluated and vetted.
