1. Right click on ERA Server.

2.Click on properties option.

3.Select compatibility tab.

4.Click on “Run this program as administrator”.

5.Click Apply and OK.

Please follow these steps to Download Reference material and Contents in New ERA –

Step 1. Go to Management>Health Check.

Step 2. Check Health and Contents, wait for the background process to finish.

Step 3. Go to Management>Load Content> Verify Content,

Step 4. Select a course, then select Download Reference material or Course Content.

Doing this shall download the reference material and contents.

नए ERA के कंटेंट्स डाउनलोड करने के लिए आप नीचे दिए गए स्टेप्स फॉलो करें –

1. Google Chrome Browser में Chrono Download Manager Extension add करें|

2. कंटेंट डाउनलोड करने के लिए यहाँ क्लिक करें|

3. HS-CIT पार्ट 1 (9.73 GB) और पार्ट 2 (9.74 GB) डाउनलोड करें|

4. दोनों फाइल्स को एक्सट्रेक्ट करें|

5. पार्ट 2 के सारे फ़ोल्डर्स (128 फ़ोल्डर्स) पार्ट 1 के कंटेंट फोल्डर के अन्दर पेस्ट करें| पेस्ट करने के बाद कुल 256 फ़ोल्डर्स बनेंगे|
