I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

🕈︎I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.🕈︎Please be certain you like my style before deciding to commission me for work. I will not change it for you.🕈︎Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.🕈︎The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

II. PAYMENT & FEES

🕈︎Payment is due in full upfront.🕈︎Payment is done through PayPal using USD.🕈︎A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines upon agreement first.🕈︎Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions.🕈︎The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.🕈︎ Commercial work will be 200% of the original price.

III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

🕈︎Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.🕈︎Provide multiple clear reference images of the character you would like to commission.🕈︎Inspirations/moodboards welcome and encouraged!🕈︎Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.🕈︎Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.

IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE

🕈︎ Resolution may vary depending on the project but typically stays within a 2000 - 4000 px range at 350dpi.🕈︎ I will send you a rough sketch of you commission for approval. I will accept major revisions during sketch stage.🕈︎ Wips will be sent through Vgen, Discord, or twitter dms depending on where the commission was accepted and Clients preference.🕈︎ All sketches and in-progress shots will be low-res, watermarked images.🕈︎ Deadlines MUST be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of your commission.🕈︎Commission work can take upwards to 2-3 months depending on complexity, size, and possible delays.🕈︎ While I will always do my best to complete your work in a timely fashion. Please understand that delays may happen due to spontaneous life events, illness, technical difficulties, mental health.
I will notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed if any of the following were to arise.

V. REVISIONS

🕈︎One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.🕈︎A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.🕈︎Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.🕈︎Revisions due to my own negligence are free.🕈︎Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.🕈︎It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.

VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

🕈︎I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.🕈︎I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.🕈︎I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.( Vtuber Debut privacy can be discussed)🕈︎Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.🕈︎The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.🕈︎You must credit me for work you use on any social media platform.🕈︎For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 200% the original price.Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:Print the work for personal use.Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:Claim the artwork as yours.Remove my watermark/signature.Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.Color in my sketches or lineart without my permission.Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

🕈︎Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.🕈︎I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.🕈︎You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.

VIII. WHAT YOU RECEIVE

You will receive the following once your commission has been approved and finalized through all stages.🕈︎Your completed commission work in a 350dpi PNG format unless another file type is requested.🕈︎Transparent files are only applicable to Headshot, Bust, Half and Full body commissions WITHOUT backgrounds upon request.This does NOT apply to illustrations unless discussed prior to starting your work.🕈︎It is your responsibility to communicate to me whether or not you would like a transparent version of your work at the start of your request.
