Our Navien combo boiler was having problems. The heat and hot water stopped working. We called Simon asking him to help and he came right after finished the work in somewhere else. It was later afternoon when Simon arrived. He thoroughly checked the boilers and quickly fixed them. We are very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Simon definitely is the Navien combo expert we are going to keep.
