- Can I keep my existing phone number?
Highline supports Local Number Portability (LPN). Highline will work with you to port your existing phone number to Highline.
- What features come with my voice service?
Your plan offers a multitude of features, including Voicemail, Caller ID, Call Forwarding, 3-Way Calling, and more. Refer to the Quick Start and User Guide for a complete list of Star Codes and features available.
- Where can I call?
You don’t have to worry with long distance charges. You have unlimited calling anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.
- Will I be able to answer calls when I am away?
With call forwarding, you will never miss a call. You can route your number to your cell phone or any line. You'll also be able to access your voicemail from anywhere, including in your email.
- What if I forget my voicemail PIN?
Please contact Customer Support to reset it.
- How do I change the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail?
This setting can be adjusted in the Customer Portal. Please refer to the User Guide Call Handling settings. Please contact Customer Support if you need assistance.
- Can voicemail also be sent to my email?
Yes, voicemail can be sent to one or more email addresses. This can be changed by logging on to the Customer Portal. Please refer to the User Guide Voicemail Message Settings.

Star codes with a + indicate you must dial the star code plus a voicemail PIN and/or phone number to enable or disable the feature.
*74 - All other calls (not otherwise specified in Call Handling settings) will be allowed.
All Other Callers: Block
*64 - All other calls (not otherwise specified in Call Handling settings) will be blocked.
Anonymous Callers: Allow
*87 - Calls without ID will be allowed.
Anonymous Callers: Enable Block with Message
*95 - Anonymous calls will be blocked with a message.
Anonymous Callers: Disable Block with Message
*97 - Disables "Block with Message" for anonymous calls.
Call Forward: All (On/Off)
*72+ - All calls will be forwarded to the number specified.
Call Forward: Busy(On/Off)
*90+ - When enabled, calls will be forwarded to the number specified when the line is busy.
Call Forward: No Answer (On/Off)
*92+ - When enabled, calls will be forwarded to the number specified when unanswered.
Call Forward: Out of Service (On/Off)
*94+ - When enabled, calls will be forwarded to the number specified when the device is out of service or not registered.
Caller ID: Block Next Call
*67+ - If the user's caller ID is enabled, this star code will block caller ID on the current call only.r not registered.
Caller ID: Enable Next Call
*65+ - If the user's caller ID is blocked, this star code will enable caller ID for the current call only.
Caller ID: Manage (On/Off)
*68 - Enable or disable caller ID for the user.
Call Trace
*57 - Marks a call for a trace in your Call History. Used for troubleshooting.
Call Waiting: Enable
*43 - Enables call waiting for ALL calls to the user.
Call Waiting: Disable
*44 - Disables all call waiting for ALL calls to the user.
Call Waiting: Disable Next Call
*70+ - If call waiting is enabled on the line, this star code will disable caller ID on the current call only.
Custom Callers: Allow
*59+ - Calls from the number specified will be blocked.
Custom Callers: Block
*60+ - Calls from the number specified will be blocked.
Custom Callers: Block with Message
*58+ - Calls from the number specified will be blocked with a message.
Custom Callers: Forward
*63+ - Calls from the number specified will be forwarded.
Do Not Disturb: Enable
*78 - Turns on Do Not Disturb. All calls will be sent to voicemail.
Do Not Disturb: Disable
*79 - Turns off Do Not Disturb.
Last Call Return
*69 - Dial the last caller ID number that rang the line.
Voicemail Management
*98 - Access the voicemail box assigned to the user.
