Connecting Memberium X to HighLevel requires two pieces of information: a Private Integration API key and your Location ID. Here’s where to find both.
Step 1: Create a Private Integration (API Key)
- Inside your HighLevel account, click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Navigate to Private Integrations.
- Click Create New Integration.
- Give the integration a name — it’s helpful to include your WordPress site’s URL so you can identify it later. You can add this in the description field as well.
- Under Scopes, click the Select All (or Check All) button at the top to grant Memberium full access to your HighLevel account.
- Click through the warning by selecting Continue.
- Copy the private key that is generated — you will paste this into Memberium.
Step 2: Find Your Location ID
- From anywhere inside your HighLevel account, click on Business Profile at the very top of the sidebar.
- Your Location ID will be displayed on that page — copy it.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials in Memberium
- In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to the Membership > HighLevel menu.
- Paste in your API key and Location ID in the appropriate fields.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the blue Save Settings button.
- Once the page reloads, you should see a confirmation that Memberium is connected, along with some details about the API connection.
