Rob and Jake at High Effect are so amazing to work with. They designed a beautiful new site for my business, and they are so fast in communicating back with myself and my office manager. Anytime we need anything, the team at High Effect responds almost instantly. They got our new site together so quickly, and they were so patient with every little tweak with wanted to make. You never know what to expect when you hire someone from hundreds of miles away (and in a different state!), but... enter Rob Anderson.
I'd heard about High Effect from a close friend, and decided to take a chance. WOW, did I luck out. Rob responded to my request within the hour, and in no time flat we were getting down to business.
What impressed me so much about Rob was his willingness to take his time with a newbie client, and walk me through the process... and I ask a lot of questions! Rob was patient (so patient), knowledgable, and never made me feel like a clown for knowing next to nothing about getting a site up and running. I had been DREADING this process, but Rob made the whole thing painless and easy.
I feel so fortunate that I partnered with Rob and his crew. Great guy, great service. HIGHLY recommend.
