This compatibility allows you to reuse almost any existing configuration in your management panel or server without needing to install different clients for each protocol, which is especially useful when managing multiple nodes or providers. Import subscriptions and manage nodes

Hiddify makes it easy to incorporate your servers on macOS through various methods, like: pasting a subscription URL that is compatible with Sing-box, V2Ray, or Clash; scanning QR codes from files or the webcam; or opening system-recognized links that are directly associated with the app. Once the subscription is imported, the app downloads and organizes the available nodes, displaying information such as latency, name, region, or protocol type to help you choose the most suitable option. From that list, you can manually select the server of your choice or activate automatic selection so that Hiddify chooses the node with the lowest latency, optimizing performance without having to go through each server one by one.

Routing modes adapted to macOS

Hiddify features several routing modes designed for different usage scenarios on macOS, everything from remote work to streaming or daily browsing. In global mode, all system and app traffic is routed through the tunnel, while in rule-based mode only certain domains, IP ranges, or apps will pass through the proxy, reducing latency and avoiding routing local or unnecessary traffic. When you click Connect, macOS requests the necessary permissions to allow Hiddify to act as a VPN or local proxy, creating a secure tunnel that directs traffic according to the chosen mode and respecting the system's security policies.
