Email is completely unstructured. Users can be added or deleted by anyone, at any point in an email thread, the subject line can be modified and attachments added or deleted at any time. Group texts can be very confusing if you don’t have a member’s phone number in your Contacts. It’s simple and fast. No username or password to remember.
