  5. We write all the copy for your website based on your responses to our intake form. For the menu, simply provide your dish names, descriptions, and prices, and we’ll format and incorporate them into the site.
  6. We’ll add direct links to your preferred third-party ordering systems like UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates, etc.
  7. We set up page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and image optimization, and implement structured data (Schema) for better visibility in search engines.
  8. Your site will look and function beautifully on screens of all sizes.
  9. We follow web accessibility guidelines so your site is inclusive and usable by all.
  10. Your site will load fast and run smoothly across all modern browsers and devices.
  11. Subtle, polished animations enhance the user experience and elevate your brand.
  12. We’ll include a signup form to help you start or grow your mailing list. Connecting your newsletter to an external service like Mailchimp is provided as an add-on.
  13. We use Google Lighthouse to ensure your site meets key standards for performance, accessibility, SEO, and best practices.
  14. Up to 2 rounds of small content edits before launch. Need another round of content edits? The CMS we’ve built is super intuitive, so feel free to edit away!

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

These are not part of the core White Magic package but can be provided as add-ons:

  1. You must already have a logo, color palette, and typefaces. We don’t create brand identities as part of the White Magic package, but if that’s a service you need, we’ll partner you up with one of or designer BFFs before getting started on your website.
  2. You must provide high-quality images for your food, space, and team. If you don’t have them, we can source stock photography as an add-on.
  3. White Magic sites follow a fixed design structure. Customization of layouts, component changes, or major style updates are not included but can be handled through our hourly ad-hoc design support add-on.
  4. Functionalities like reservation systems, event calendars, or merchandise shops are not included in the base package but can be added for an additional fee.
  5. We’ll install the following recommended plugins, but license fees must be paid by you:
    1. SEOMatic ($99/yr) – For advanced SEO control.
    2. Image Optimize ($59/yr) – For performance-optimized image delivery.
    3. Freeform (Free version) – For building custom forms.
    4. Craft CMS Solo (Free version) - While the Solo version of Craft CMS is free, it only allows for one user account. If you need more than one, you can purchase the Craft Pro license for $399.
  6. We’ll connect your existing domain, but registering and paying for your domain and hosting provider is your responsibility. Don’t have a domain or a hosting provider yet? We can guide you to our favorite ones.
  7. Our 30-day bug guarantee is included, but post-launch edits, security updates, or new content support must be purchased as a monthly plan or hourly support.

  1. Monthly content update plan We’ll make content changes for you. Typical turnaround time for most content updates is 24 hours. Design, layout, and functionality changes are not included in this monthly add-on. From $250/mo
  2. Ad-hoc design support Need LTO graphics or food illustrations created for your website? We can help with any graphic design needs, too! $99/hr
  3. Stock photo sourcing Don’t have photos? We’ll find high-quality, license-free images that match your brand. $50/hr

  1. Redirects setup We’ll set up 301 redirects to preserve your SEO if you're migrating from an old site. $99/hr
  2. Ad-hoc technical support Consulting, troubleshooting, or fixing any unexpected tech issues. $99/hr
  3. 6 months of post-launch website support CMS and plugin updates post-launch. 6 month minimum initial contract. After the first six months, choose either month-to-month care ($150/month), 3-month plan ($125/month), or 6-month plan ($99/month) $99/mo

  2. Email account setup We'll set up your email accounts and help you get started with a professional inbox. This does not include the service fees from the email provider. $250
  3. Newsletter setup and integration We’ll integrate your Mailchimp (or other newsletter service) account with your site so you can start gathering customer emails for future marketing campaigns. This does not include the service fees from the newsletter provider. $600
