Creative Supervisor of Fraggle Rock

Tara Billik is Vice President of Feature Films at The Jim Henson Company, overseeing the Company’s fantasy, science fiction, animated and family film projects.
Before joining The Jim Henson Company in 2023, Billik was Vice President of Film & TV at Mythical Entertainment and Vice President of Development and Production at Gunpowder and Sky. She previously held creative development positions for producer Marianne Maddalena and Oscar winner Graham King’s GK Films. Billik began her career working for Wes Craven and has worked on a myriad of productions including Hugo, The Tourist, The Rum Diary, The Town, Rango, The Hills Have Eyes 2, Edge of Darkness, and more.
Originally from Michigan, Billik holds a B.A. in Film and Video Studies from The University of Michigan.

As Vice President of Children’s Television, Bryan O’Connell oversees The Jim Henson Company’s slate of live action and animated children’s content.
Previously, O’Connell served as Director of Development at Disney Jr. for 3 years, overseeing the creative development of multiple shows, shorts and specials while collaborating with Disney’s franchise team, expanding properties into consumer products programs and live experiences. He spent 10 years at The Walt Disney Company, including Disney Television Animation, Walt Disney Imagineering and Walt Disney Animation Studios. Additionally, O’Connell’s experience includes tenures at Silvergate Media, Sprout, Illumination, DreamWorks and Sesame Workshop.

Delaney Shiokari is Vice President of Primetime Television for The Jim Henson Company, growing the primetime slate of both acquired and internally developed projects, with a focus on older skewing content that leans into Henson’s legacy of mythological world building, innovative storytelling, subversive comedy, and hope punk adventures.
Before joining Henson, Shiokari was Manager of Development at The Jackal Group, contributing creative input for all projects while sourcing and developing new projects and writing talent. Prior to The Jackal Group, she served as a TV Coordinator at The Gersh Agency. She is affiliated with WeForShe, a non-profit working to bridge the gender gap within the entertainment industry.
Shiokari graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema and Media Studies.

John Tartaglia is an acclaimed actor, director, writer and puppeteer, Tony-nominated for his roles in Broadway’s debut company of Avenue Q. His theatrical directing credits include Stephen Schwartz’s The Secret Silk and Jim Henson’s Inspired Silliness (Princess Cruises), Kinky Boots (3d Theatricals), Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (Maltz Jupiter Theater), Claudio Quest (Six-time winner at NY Musical Theatre Festival), Shrek The Halls (Dreamworks Theatricals), Because of Winn Dixie (Arkansas Rep and Goodspeed Opera House development), Jim Henson’s Musical World (Carnegie Hall), national tours of Jim Henson’s Dinosaur Train Live and Jim Henson’s Sid the Science Kid Live! (The Jim Henson Company), and multiple productions at the St. Louis MUNY, including Shrek the Musical, The Wizard of Oz, Tarzan, Annie, Matilda, Mary Poppins, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, and Disney’s The Little Mermaid.
John serves as the Creative Supervisor for The Jim Henson Company’s iconic brand Fraggle Rock, including the EMMY-winning reboot Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, serving as an executive producer, writer and puppet captain, and performing Gobo Fraggle, Architect Doozer, Gunge, Barry Blueberry, and Sprocket the Dog.
John can be heard every Sunday on Sirius XM On Broadway on his show “Sunday Funday with John Tartaglia.”
