HenHacks is a beginner-friendly hackathon hosted on the University of Delaware's campus for all college students of any major. Our goal is to help develop and enhance students' technical skills to prepare them to be competitive applicants in technology-related careers. 

The in-person event will take place on March 2nd-3rd in Smith and Gore Halls at UD. Join us for a weekend of project-building, workshops, and networking with our sponsors!

Best Beginner Hack - Social Good

Identify a need in your local community. How can we use technology to address this issue or inspire the community to get involved in a way that is accessible to all members of the community? 

To compete in this hack, at least half of your team must be registered as beginners during check-in (0-3 semesters of computer science classes). This will be validated.

What is a way we can incorporate computer science into a common curriculum subject, such as math, English, or science to engage students?
