Xactimate® Integration
Export your floor plans to Xactimate®, so that you have the information you need for your property claims' estimates and reports.
Xactimate® is a preferred solution for insurance and restoration professionals to produce property claims estimations. With our Xactimate® integration, you can now combine the quality of magicplan floor plan sketches with Xactimate® estimation tool by simply exporting your created floor plan to Xactimate® with just a few taps.
ℹ️ Note: Our Xactimate® integration is included with all magicplan PRO subscriptions. You must purchase a PRO subscription to access the integration.
How does the Xactimate® integration work?
- You will have 2 options to send your files to Xactimate®:
- ESX Export File: Generate and download an ESX file of your floor plan to upload into Xactimate®.
- Direct integration with Xactimate®: The direct integration will send a magicplan floor plan directly to Xactimate®.
- Both options will allow you to see the floor plan sketch, dimensions, objects such as furniture or cabinets, affected areas, photos, and photo metadata when working on a property claim.
- Once the integration has been activated, there will be an option labeled "Verisk" under Files & Sharing in a project in the magicplan app and cloud.
ℹ️ Note: The Xactimate® integration can be applied to a Workspace in magicplan, and will be available to members in a Workspace or Team who have been given access. It cannot be applied to specific Teams only.
