Overview
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery, with specific exceptions for certain items. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please inspect your items upon delivery to ensure they are in good condition
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exceptions
Glass, Mirror, Ceramic, and China Products: Damage claims must be made within 12 hours of delivery.
Custom and International Orders: Items ordered from overseas (e.g., Europe) are non-refundable unless they are faulty. These items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all exchanges made within the 7-day return window. This fee covers the cost of restocking and handling returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items are non-refundable.
Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
