1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your Hellstar clothing must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

Original Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Final sale items or clearance pieces.

Personal apparel items like face masks or undergarments.

Items showing visible signs of wear, stains (makeup/deodorant), or damage.
3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Securely pack your Hellstar items to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Found a Hellstar hoodie you love but need a different size? We offer one-time exchanges for size or color issues, subject to inventory availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate an exchange.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong Hellstar product, please report it to us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and ensure a replacement is sent out immediately at no extra cost to you.
