Lisa is passionate about education, designing and leading workshops for youth and aspiring professionals. Her skill set includes writing, directing, recording and editing for video promos, podcasts and live visuals for events, as well as project managing, interviewing and script supervising on productions. Lisa is the owner of Shebang Media, showcasing female creatives in the region.

Miles has over 20 years of experience in the video production industry. His work spans television, commercials, screen based installations, print, web and events. He has work collected by ACMI (the Australian Centre of the Moving Image) and has worked with ABC, SBS, Warner Brothers, Active TV, Umbrella Entertainment, The British Council to name a few. Gavin is a branding specialist with over 25 years of experience across many industry sectors, working with global fashion brands and record labels to blue chip insurers and interior designers. A seasoned graphic designer, Gavin thrives on brand creation and application. His skill set includes; brand workshops, name generation, visual identity, brand guidelines, marketing campaigns & collateral, UX design & more. Gavin is also very good at Boggle and is the owner of Chops For Tea.

Ben is a social media content creator with a passion for storytelling that connects businesses with their communities. He specialises in creating engaging visual content, strategic campaigns, and compelling narratives that help local businesses thrive online. His skill set includes social media strategy, content creation, photography, animation, and community engagement. Ben understands that great social media isn't just about pretty posts – it's about building authentic relationships and driving real results.

Claire is a multidisciplinary visual designer working across graphic design, motion design and video. She works mostly with clients in the arts, fashion, LGBTIQA+ and social change spaces to create visual systems and content that feels thoughtful, well-structured, and fun.

Annette has accumulated over 20 years of experience in marketing within the creative technology, education, and entertainment sectors. She has successfully led and executed numerous multichannel digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Her expertise extends to branding, website development, content creation and SEO. Throughout her career, she has developed various content, including video clips, photo shoots, TV shows, radio scripts, mobile apps, social and advertising digital content, and podcasts. Annette approaches tasks with a test, tweak and repeat mentality and fearlessly innovates based on insights and critical thinking. She is passionate about dogs, podcasting and music and currently, hosts and produces the podcast "Chickstory," dedicated to sharing the stories of women often overlooked in history.

Sharon is a graphic designer, web designer and illustrator. With over 25 years experience in the design industry, Sharon has worked with a diverse range of clients from various sectors including health, design, council, entertainment and education. She has primarily been a freelance designer throughout her career, however has spent time working in both studio set-ups and working in a partnership business. Sharon is also very passionate about education and spent 16yrs of her design career teaching school leavers graphic design at a private college in Melbourne. Due to her diverse range of skills and software knowledge, Sharon has the ability to combine her design skills with web design, HTML, CSS, multimedia and illustration. Along with currently running her own design business (Studio Gold), she's also the head designer for a not-for-profit enterprise called The D3 Group, whose mission is to provide a cure for a common developmental dental defect in children. When she is not designing, Sharon is also a passionate musician and songwriter, teaching adults and running a community ukulele group.

Mariaa Randall is a First Nations creative director, strategist, and cultural practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of story, movement, and transformative practice. A proud Bundjalung and Yaegl woman residing on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, her work is driven and led by First Nations leadership, grounded in Country, and guided by a deep commitment to cultural integrity, excellence, and legacy. Her practice spans creative direction, communications, event design, and performance, shaping impactful and multi-layered outcomes. During her time at DJAARA, Mariaa led and collaborated on significant brand, marketing, and communications initiatives with Storyland—supporting the evolution of brand identity, digital platforms, and campaign delivery. She is known for weaving narrative across platforms to create work that is deeply felt—strengthening audience connection, elevating cultural narratives, and centring First Nations knowledge.
