Hello Meds is a simple medication tracker that handles variable doses and dosage times. Log quickly One-tap logging. Save doses as favourites. Siri shortcuts, quick actions, and Hello Meds for Apple Watch make logging quick and easy. Keep track Log different dosages of the same medication. Log when you take a dose, rather than planning ahead and having to stay on-schedule. Perfect for medication needs that change often.

This is the first update in a long time. There are more updates to come, but this one specifically sets up a process for automatically creating backups of your data in the Files app on your iPhone before updating the database when the app receives updates.
