At our practice, we offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so that you can connect with one of our therapists and determine if they are the right fit for you. We understand the importance of feeling comfortable with your therapist and are happy to answer any questions to help you make an informed decision.
During the phone consultation, you will have an opportunity to discuss your needs and goals. We will provide information about our approaches to therapy and our experience working with clients with similar concerns. We will match you with a therapist that fits your needs.
Meet with our therapist weekly or biweekly to uncover the root of the problems you’re experience. Together, we’ll work on breaking the unhealthy patterns and finding practical strategies so that you can move forward in the way you choose.
