We work on developing regional innovation ecosystems that truly work. This means: aligning smart specialisation policies with the right innovation and talent capacity; developing public-private partnerships to bridge the gap between market demand and regional strengths; diffusion deep tech solutions to support environmental and social impacts; supporting the establishment of centres of vocational excellence.
We actively work with universities to boost their R&I Excellence potential by fostering: R&I and administrative talents support and upskilling, researcher & administrative staff mobility, mentorship from developed R&I performers, provision of EOSC-compliant open data platforms, research assessment modernisation in line with CoARA principles, access to shared R&I infrastructure, test beds and equipment.
Diffusing entrepreneurial capacity in various ways: entrepreneurial university & vocational education centre transformation; research & innovation commercialisation and market orientation; acceleration and technology transfer; acquisition of funding & investment for impactful spin-offs; breaking barriers to public-private funding; entrepreneurial skills for young and socially inclusive target groups.
