Yes! All our cavity & loft work is guaranteed for up to 25 years. If any insulation or heating measures are discovered to be installed incorrectly within that time, it will be rectified at no cost to you.
The insuring entity will vary depending on the product being insured, including but limited to: CIGA/IAA, Qualitymark, or ourselves.
Products installed via the HIES Quality Assured Contractors Scheme (Air Source Heat Pumps / Solar Panels and related equipment) are covered by a 2-year guarantee.
