Event Details
  • Dates: October 18 to October 19, 2025

  • Time: 9:00 AM (October 18) to 6:00 PM (October 19)

  • Location: Tampa, FL

  • Duration: 24 Hours

Eligibility
  • Open to students, developers, designers, healthcare professionals, engineers, and entrepreneurs aged 18 and above

  • Participants can join solo or in teams of up to 4 members

  • You must be physically present to submit a project

  • Employees or organizers from ProstheX cannot compete for prizes

  • All participants must agree to the Code of Conduct and event policies

Project and Submission Requirements
  • All projects must be developed during the hackathon timeframe

  • Existing projects are allowed only if significantly modified during the event

  • Allowed formats include mobile apps, web apps, hardware prototypes, AI solutions, assistive devices, or other innovations that align with HealthHacks tracks

Deliverables include:
โœ” Working prototype or demo
โœ” Submission on the HealthHacks Devpost page before the deadline
โœ” 2 to 3 minute video demonstration
โœ” Final live pitch presentation

Code of Conduct

HealthHacks is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. By participating, you agree to:

โœ” Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
โœ” Respect personal space and boundaries of others
โœ” Keep communication professional and constructive
โœ” Report any incidents of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct to organizers immediately

Zero tolerance for harassment including but not limited to:

  • Verbal or physical harassment

  • Discrimination based on race, gender, age, ability, orientation, or background

  • Sexual harassment or unwanted advances

  • Intimidation, threats, or disruptive behavior

Violations may result in removal from the event and disqualification from prizes
