The HDAL Software Development Kit (SDK) is Novint Technologies’ developer toolkit for creating applications with high‑fidelity haptic feedback using Novint’s haptic devices, such as the Novint Falcon. HDAL (Haptic Device Abstraction Layer) provides a streamlined C/C++ API that lets you read device state, manage calibration, and compute and apply force feedback in real time. The SDK includes libraries, headers, sample projects, and documentation to help developers quickly integrate touch-enabled interaction into simulations, training tools, research prototypes, educational software, and interactive entertainment.
