As a member of the Home Care Association of Washington (HCAW), you’ll gain access to timely education, valuable networking opportunities, practical tools, and expert resources to help your agency thrive.

Your membership also strengthens HCAW’s advocacy efforts—amplifying our collective voice in Washington State and at the national level to shape policies that support home-based care.

Membership Term:

HCAW memberships run from January through December, but you can join at any time during the year. If you join after October 1, your membership will be valid through December of the following year.

Teamwide Benefits:

While each membership has a designated primary contact, all team members—including managers, directors, aides, nurses, dietitians, finance professionals, and executives—are eligible to access HCAW member benefits.

Membership Categories

Membership with the Home Care Association of Washington is available to home care, home health, and hospice agencies or professionals. To learn more about which category best suites you, please review the membership categories below:

Provider Member | Annual Dues: Vary

Includes one individual designated as Primary Contact and unlimited number of Additional Contacts. Each Provider Member

In-home service providers who deliver health, supportive or social services to Washington State residents in their homes. Provider members shall be entitled to vote at all membership meetings and in elections by mail ballot or other approved means.

Out-of-State Provider Member
Annual Dues:
 $750
(Non-voting) In-home service providers who deliver health, supportive or social services to outside of Washington State to residents in their homes.

Individual Member
Annual Dues:
 $100
(Non-voting) An individual not meeting Individual Affiliate status, with an interest or affiliation with in-home services. If employed by an agency meeting Provider Member status, the employing agency must be an Association Member.

Individual Affiliate Member 
Annual Dues:
 $175
(Non-voting) Individual consultant or businessperson with an interest or affiliation with in-home services.

Affiliate Organization Member
Annual Dues:
 $350
Additional Branches: +$100 per WA office location
(Non-voting) Any company not directly providing home care services to patients in their home, but providing support to those who do.

Association or Institutional Affiliate Member
Annual Dues:
 $150
(Non-voting) Other associations, educational organizations, other health care institutions or organizations not providing care in the home, etc.
