Hawkhack is an intense hackathon involving students in a variety of majors, including software developers and graphic designers, at all skill levels. It's a learning event for students who will be working alongside industry experts and professionals hosting seminars during the event. Students will work in groups and compete to win prizes and further their computer knowledge while having fun doing it! We expect more than double the 2019 attendance for this upcoming hawkhack.

Requirements

As part of the submission process for the hackathon, we require that all participants submit the following items:

  1. All Code: We ask that all participants submit their code in a compressed file format such as ZIP or RAR. This should include all files necessary to run the project, such as source code, libraries, and assets.

  2. Readme File: We require that participants submit a readme file that provides clear and concise instructions on how to run their project. This should include any prerequisites needed to run the project, any special setup or configuration, and how to use the project.

  3. Supporting Documents/Files: If the project requires any additional files or databases, we ask that participants include these as well in the compressed file. This will ensure that the project can be tested and evaluated in its entirety.

  4. Sources Document: We require that participants submit a document that lists all sources used in the project, including any code snippets or libraries. This will help us ensure that all work is original and properly attributed.

We ask that all submissions be made before the deadline and that all required items be included. Any missing items may result in disqualification from the competition. We look forward to seeing all of the amazing projects that participants create!
