• When do I start earning points?

  Points are earned on all eligible purchases made on or after January 1, 2026. 

• I'm new to the HASA rewards program. What invoices count toward my tier progress?

   Welcome to the program! Invoices dated 2026 count toward your tier progress. 

• I was a member of the previous rewards program. How are my 2025 invoices handled?

  Your 2025 invoices will be converted to points in the new app for redemption purposes, but do not count toward your 2026 tier progress. Invoices dated 2026 will count toward your tier standing going forward. 

• How does the tiered rewards system work?

  The program has four tiers based on total points earned within the calendar year. Points and tiers reset every January 1.

  • Bronze: 0–1,999 points
  • Silver: 2,000–9,999 points
  • Gold: 10,000–23,999 points
  • Platinum: 24,000+ points

• Which HASA and Orenda products are eligible for rewards?

  Most HASA and Orenda purchases earn points. Some products, like deposit products, earn a higher rate. 

• Do certain products earn more points?

  Some products may earn different point values. Deposit products like Sani-Clor® and muriatic acid earn at a higher rate. You also earn more as you move up in tiers.
  

• How are points collected?

  Points are earned based on eligible purchases and verified through invoice submission. In most cases, just upload your invoice using the in-app camera after each purchase. Some distributors automatically share purchase data with HASA, which means no upload is needed on your end. Ask your rep if you're unsure which applies to you. 

• How do I earn points for activities in and out of the app?

  Beyond purchases, you can earn points for a variety of in-app and outside activities, including registering your Orenda App, taking an Orenda Academy or PCTI course, subscribing to the blog, downloading an eBook, attending a HASA Day or training, and sharing articles from the Orenda app. As long as the same email address is used across purchases and accounts, points accumulate automatically.
  

• If I purchase through a distributor, do I need to upload invoices?

   If you added your distributor account upon registration and your distributor automatically shares purchase data with HASA, invoices are collected on your behalf each quarter. Not sure if yours is enrolled? Ask your rep.
  

• How long does it take for an uploaded invoice to be approved and for points to appear?

  Points typically appear within 7 days of a successfully uploaded invoice. 

• What can points be redeemed for?

  Points can be redeemed for digital gift cards and product vouchers. You can track your points and redemption history in real time through the app.
  

• When does the previous rewards app expire?

  The previous rewards program expires May 31, 2026. Download and register in the new app before May 31 to have your remaining points transferred.
  

• What happens to points in the previous rewards app if I haven't registered in the new app by May 31?

  Download and register in the new app before May 31 to ensure your remaining balance is transferred, including any points below the minimum redemption threshold.
  

• In the previous rewards app, what happens if my point balance is below the minimum redemption threshold?

  We recommend redeeming as many points as possible before the transition. Any remaining balance below the minimum threshold (115 points) will be transferred to the new app in May.
