Harnessed Tester

I’m Paul Gilson and I’m based in Cambridge, UK. I’ve been in the testing industry since 2005, having worked with both hardware and software, as well as roles in support, operations and technical sales. I’ve also spent many years hiring, managing, teaching, coaching and mentoring test engineers.

In my spare time, I’m primarily a sport climber, having been hooked on my hobby since 2015. When I’m not at work or recovering from an encounter with some rock, I enjoy cooking, psychology and other sporting challenges that come my way.
