This policy applies to digital products purchased through www.hardsheet.com. The products offered for sale include DXF, PDF, and other manufacturing-ready digital files. No physical products are shipped.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content that is delivered instantly in electronic form.

Therefore, once the order is completed and the digital product has been delivered, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not provided.

  1. DELIVERY ISSUES

If the digital file cannot be delivered or downloaded due to a technical issue, the buyer must contact the seller at info@hardsheet.com.

Once the issue is verified, the product will be re-delivered. This does not entitle the buyer to a refund.

  1. USAGE AND COMPATIBILITY

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased files are compatible with their machines, software, and technical requirements before production.

The seller is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect use, incorrect production, or equipment incompatibility.
