Description

International membership is available to hand surgeons who reside and practice in countries other than the United States and Canada, who have achieved distinction in surgery in their own country, and who are members in good standing of their national surgical organization(s).

International members must be approved by the Active Membership Committee. Members are elected quarterly.

International Members are not eligible to vote at Annual Business Meetings or hold office, but may serve on AAHS Committees and exercise voting rights on Committees to which they serve.

Application Requirements:

• Application fee of $75.00 USD.
• Copy of the certificate or letter from the certifying board verifying board certification.
• Copy CV, (include papers, books, chapters, presentations, organizations, and any other society memberships)
