The Administrator is responsible for the rules, administration, and operation of the Hackathon.

Judging Period: November 30, 2017 (2:00pm Pacific Time) – November 30, 2017 (2:30pm November 30, 2017) (the “Judging Period”)
Winners Announced: On or around November 30, 2017 (3:00pm Pacific Time)
The Administrator will be the official timekeeper for the Hackathon.
