1. Your Devpost must have a video submission. Certain sponsors are only judging virtually and we want to make sure you are judged for those. 
2. All code must be worked on at the event, excluding standard libraries and other building blocks. 
3. All team members must be present during the event to be eligible for prizes.
4. All projects must follow the MLH Code of Conduct
5. Only Hackers above the age of 18 are able to stay overnight.
6. Any cheating means you are immediately disqualified.
7. Code must be publicly liniked in your submission (ex:GitHub) Remember not to put your API Keys!
8. No crossposting to other events
9. Teams can be size 1(individual) - 4
