General Rules:

• Projects must be started & completed during the hackathon. No pre-existing work.
• Teams are limited to 1 - 4 members.
• All code must be publicly available at submission time.
• No prohibited content (e.g., plagiarism, offensive material, or unethical use of technology).

Judging Criteria:

• Technical Innovation – How advanced or original is the solution?
• Impact & Feasibility – Can this be implemented in the real world?
• Functionality & Execution – Does it work well?
• Creativity & Presentation – Is it unique and well-documented?
