What is Hack Club?
- HackClub.com is a global network of programming clubs where members learn to code through tinkering and building projects. The Indian Hill Hack Club is a part of this network!
Do I need to be a computer programmer to join?
- There is a lot of non-technical work to do. One of Reddit’s two co-founders didn’t know how to program. Some people will want experience in presenting, project management and leadership without being a technical expert. We need you!
What if I don’t know how to write computer code?
- Great, no experience in writing computer code is needed. We have weekly workshops that will help introduce you to the concepts.
Is it hard to write computer code?
- It depends on how advanced you would like to get. For the introduction, we have simple workshops provided by HackClub.com. We will also introduce “drag and drop” style web/app/game builders that members can participate with while focusing on industry standards and techniques that are well respected.
