Project and Submission Requirements

Submit a zip file, containing all of the relevant materials used to complete the challenge.
The zip file should contain (at a minimum):

  • A python notebook (.ipynb file) used for the attempt of the challenge
  • A PowerPoint presentation which explains the steps, choices and results achieved

 

Prizes

Each member of the first placed team will receive Apple AirPods.

Each member of the second and third placed team will receive exclusive freebies.

 

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Each challenge attempt will be evaluated on the following criteria

 

TECHNICAL SOLUTION QUALITY
  • The technical quality of the proposed solution created by the team i.e. the processes which the solution follows, how it could be further extended, etc.
  • The quality of the data generated by the team including its realism, diversity and representativeness of the underlying distribution of features / classes in the dataset.

 

BUSINESS FEASIBILITY
  • How realistic is this idea in a business context?
  • Develop your idea around a brand. How well has it been branded?

 

NOVELTY AND CREATIVITY
  • The originality of the solution used to generate the data.
  • The creativity in the approach taken by the team i.e. the number of models used, how intuitive input prompts are, the techniques used to pre-process / enhance the dataset.
  • Evaluation – Looking at metrics (I.e. perplexity, accuracy, etc.) and performance against test set and understandability of results.

 

TEAMWORK AND CLARITY OF PRESENTATION
  • The clarity and effectiveness of the team's presentation of their work
  • The ability to communicate the technical details and significance of their approach
  • The quality of any visual aids or demonstrations used

 

VISION FOR FUTURE EXTENSION
  • What can be done to improve this solution?
  • How can the project be improved?
